How do I care for my AAAAA 100% Virgin Hair?

Our 100% virgin hair is of the highest quality; with that being said, with proper care our hair can be used for multiple installs maintaining its original beauty for up to 12+ months... Proper care is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Avoid using gels, greases or heavy oils; use Moroccan Argan Oil sparingly; a slight drop (concentrating on hair ends) 1-2 times a week should do.
2. Wear hair in a loose braid or pinned into a bun to bed at night and use either a satin/silk head scarf or pillowcase.
3. Co-wash hair with a deep conditioner every 1-2 weeks to refresh hair and maintain its softness.

How do I select my desired hair color?

Because KraVa Hair Co. only specializes in 100% Virgin Hair, hair color can range from natural black to medium brown (from #1b to #4). Upon request, we can provide a semi-permanent hair color to can be added to your order to ensure you will receive your desired color. *Allow 1-2 business days for custom orders; additional service fee(s) may apply.

Can hair be chemically altered (bleached, dye,relaxed or permed)?

Yes, Hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair and can be chemically processed to achieve any desired look. However to avoid damaging hair we do recommend that chemical services are performed by a licensed professional.

How much time should I allow for shipping and delivery?

All orders processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 days; tracking numbers will be provided once order has been processed. Upon delivery
hair will co-washed and ready for install. *Allow an additional 1-2 business days for custom orders.
