HAIR
Returns will not be accepted. Exchanges are welcomed on hair that has not been altered and returned in its original condition and packaging within the first 15 days of purchase due legitimate defects and/or lack of quality. Hair that meets these standards can be exchanged for any other product(s) available on kravahair.com or a store credit. *Exchange shipping cost will be at the customers expense.
CLOTHING
Returns and exchanges are welcomed within the first 15 days of purchase. Clothing must be unsoiled and unworn to be eligible for return or exchange. Returns that meet these standards will be granted a full refund. Exchanges that meet these standard are good for any other product(s) available on kravahair.com or a store credit. *Return/Exchange shipping cost will be at the customers expense.
